Description
Social impact and caffeine is what moves us. At Urbania we focus on improving the social wellbeing of the coffee farming communities that we work with through projects geared towards the production of specialty coffees. Our objective is to commercialize fine specialty coffees produced by communities in vulnerable conditions and compensate them well above market prices to incentivize the production of consistent high quality coffee. We firmly believe it is one way to bring wellbeing and social development to these territories. We work with farming communities victims of the Colombian armed conflict or who are part of programs geared towards the restitution of illegal farming. We call this model “Conscious Coffee”
